Had my trouser alteration pick-up postponed 3 times without advance notification. Each time turning up at the agreed date to then be then told in an aggressive manner that they weren't ready. They were even more confrontational with my wife when she brought their carpet cleaning machine back, the Rug Doctor, after using it in just two rooms. They falsely claimed that the machine had not been cleaned after use as instructed and belligerently refused to pay back the deposit back. They were stroppy and charmless and so we won't returning there any time soon.
