Laura Swindles and Charlotte Bourne are 2 of the best people in Conveyancing in the UK I have ever had the pleasure of working with as a customer and professionally. Fast, efficient and extremly knowledgable. It is rare to find people that can problem solve and advise you on tough decisions better than these two. I felt in safe hands through out the process and despite my extremely high expectations and demands they were met! Value for money was also excellent and nearly half of what I was quoted by another well respected firm. I will use no one else but Emin Read in the future.
Emma Jones and her assistant Helen Fenton are an absolute credit to Emin Read and their profession. There are no better solicitors in the land of conveyancing. In my job, I have the misfortune of dealing with different solicitors every single day but let me make this clear, if solicitors were as good as these two, buying and selling property wouldnt be so stressful. To put it into perspective, they acted for me for the sale of my leasehold flat and they exchanged contracts in 35 days. They acted for me on the purchase of a freehold house and they exchanged contracts in 23 days. Let that sink in! Twenty. Three. Days!!! Unbelievable service. I rarely leave reviews, I dont have the time; but if youre reading this, youre obviously considering a solicitor call and ask for Emma and Helen right this second, theyre unbelievable and you wont regret your decision.
