Unfortunately I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star establishment. I stayed here in The Garden Suite for 2 days. The only 5 star rating I would give about this place would be the young lady at reception who was very pleasant when I arrived. I did not eat here, so I cannot discuss the food, however, I would have eaten breakfast but this did not start until 8.00am by which time I would have started my day's work. The young lady at reception kindly organised some cereal for me which she delivered to my room in the evening. The room was cold and was semi-heated by electric heaters on the wall which really were quite ugly looking. The bathroom was adequate but you cannot close the door if you are sitting on the toilet, your legs would be in the way! The blind in the bathroom, however, looks as if it had been taken from a bin somewhere. It is filthy dirty on the right hand side and quite frayed in parts. As I mentioned previously, I cannot discuss the food as I never ate at the establishment. Lastly, I shared my room with one other member of the animal family, that being a Slug who I met crawling back into his hole by the skirting board in the doorway between the lounge and the room where the fridge was positioned. On further investigation, I noted that if you open the fridge door, there was a Slug Trail that went around the fridge. Good job the slug could not open the fridge door!!All in all, as I said to start with, I do not believe that this hotel, from what I saw, should be rated as a 5 Star establishment. Oh, yes, the photo of the tablets etc..... these were found by the sofa in the lounge.

Really comfortable and a great stay.

Very nice. Comfortable and quiet.

My amazing sister booked us a room here for our wedding night. Although we arrived late and left early everything was perfect. The room we stayed in had a lovely four poster bed that was really comfortable. We had a lovely view of the garden and really enjoyed watching the rabbits hopping about. Breakfast was superb and the girls that served us were lovely. Highly recommended.

Next to main road, but not disturbing. Note that this road brings you to your destination fast and smoothly. Very comfy room. Breakfast very well arranged. Friendly staff.
