Great service, very reliable.
The worse experience ever. I moved to the area and as location was convenient I took my two yorkies for a "cut" . NEVER AGAIN. They both have batches of long 2 cm and 0.5 cm on the body which should be in fact shaved. They look like they have alopecia! One side of the face is longer then other too! Their private area not tidy up. Hair not blended. I went for opinion to another groomer and she was in bigger shock than I was! Completley talentless people. And don't get me started on the blond lady that was explaining me why she cut their hair in different length all over (!?) - delusional is not enough to say. I will be reporting this salon to Animal Services and British Chamber of Commerce.The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill.In my opinion (and other groomers) this groomer did not use reasonable - I would say even non - skill when provided this service therefore I will be complaining to Citizen Advice also.
