Absolute waste of time and money. The food was rancid. Asked them to change my cinnamon bun because it was stale and the woman brought me back same one after 5 seconds in a microwave.
Excellent service from the fruit and veg department , they were polite and more than happy to go out back and get me some cardboard boxes.
Me and my Dad went into the cafe in Asda today for lunch, was not impressed with the member of staff who served us, she served up our dinners no problem, but when Dad went to pay, she completely ignored us, served up somemore food on a plate, and took it over to a customer, whilst we were still waiting to pay, she didnt say anything when she came back, like sorry to keep you waiting, not a word, then she rang up what we owed, Dad said could we have some forks as there were none in the tray, she said yes i will get you some, and then once she had given Dad his change, she carried on serving up food, even though there were no other customers in the queue, so Dad had to remind her we needed forks !
Please give Treena a pay rise. She was on one of the checkouts. She noticed I was on a motorcycle with a rucksack and she folded the hoodie I bought so it would fit in said rucksack without me asking her too. Very nice to see someone is paying attention.
I do a lot of walking. Wear a cap an tracksuit bottoms. Im not walking round in jeans in this heat an the hat keeps the sun off my face. Everytime I use asda. The person in front of me at the tills will be getting hello sir how are you today. Please an thank you an good bye have a nice day. All the works. My turn I say hello how are you to most of the staff. An all of a sudden they lose their manners. Complete discrimination. It happens every time. An i go there a lot. An I am always pleasant. An they always forget how to talk. Its a shame.
