Things arent working out for the best. I dont need a personal trainer so much as I need someone to follow me around and slap unhealthy food out of my hand.There are problems everywhere, tiles missing, thefts from lockers, broken machines and overcrowding. Banatynes allows spa guests to use all the facilities that the paying members are using. I was previously told that they were planning on investing money into the spa guest facilities, a nice sentiment, oh wait that means spa guests get new facilities and paying members get the old tat.Dont know why I rejoined to be honest, I was hoping things had changed. Id go more if I could get in the door!

Lovely building, have been for several events, the service OK, it has been clean and tidy, food has been fine, a little thing that could have made five stars are filling up the cups tea, it doesn't look good handing out half cups. Seem to be plenty of staff around if anything was needed which was good.
Not a terribly imposing entrance to this Hotel, but the decor inside was nice, and gardens would be lovely in the summer. Had a reasonable lunch there, food was nice but not particularly special. Didn't visit the spa facilities but there were a few groups there at the time clearly having a spa day out, and enjoying themselves so assume those facilities are popular.
Lovely hotel. Susie at reception was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately our room (Room 4) was near the bar and we could hear noise from the bar until late evening. The air conditioning unit in our room was also very noisy. Otherwise, great staff and well maintained grounds.
