We had a lovely Sunday roast. The food was fantastic and plentiful. Very reasonably priced and everything was fresh and made in house, no frozen Yorkshire or potatoes! Absolutely recommend!

We were here this evening for a birthday with friends. And can safely say it was a lovely atmosphere, staff couldnt do enough to help us and the food was amazing. We all left lovely a full. The whole place was warm and welcoming including the actual temp inside, with such cold winter evenings its so nice to be in somewhere so warm. dogs are welcome also which was great but not listed on this search. I only have one bit of feedback. With a listing saying wheelchair accessible entrance, I would highly disagree. With a lip on the lovely double glazed door plus a step that wasnt the case Im afraid but doable with a little skill and help. That said there was however a very clean and accessible washroom which isnt listed on this listing which is a real plus for a local pub. We will be back!
Such a lovely friendly, welcoming place, it was my first time and they were chatty and warm. The staff were lovely. I came from Essex for the parade as a friend was in it and I did not know a soul but I felt among friends.
