Spent a wonderful couple of hours at Lavendar Abbey Tea Rooms sat in front of the fire in comfi chairs nattering with friends and the owner. Made to feel so welcome it had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and yummy food with tempting cakes, which we couldn't resist! Go on and pay them a visit, you'll be glad you did.
It's cosy and worth a visit as it unique and has lots to look at...
The Mrs and my son popped in for some breakfast & coffee after visiting battle for the day. Food & service was really good and owners very nice. Would highly recommend.

8 of us popped in for breakfasts on Sunday morning. What a gem. The atmosphere, service and food were all excellent. Recommend the English breakfast with Dads Army sausages and finished of with a beautiful mouth watering fresh scone with jam and cream. Also love the tea made with fresh leaves and served in China cups. Well worth a visit just past the Abbey.
