Behind the glittering window display is a comfortable family-run shop and onsite workshop and friendly service from experienced knowledgeable jewellers.I took in a selection of items that had accumulated over the years in various states of disrepair, each one was sympathetically assessed with expert advice. Repairs that couldnt be done while I waited took barely a couple of days to complete.Im delighted with the results and the excellent service and would not hesitate to return. Very highly recommended.
We recently paid Spectrum Jewellers a visit with a view to buying an eternity ring for my wife on the occasion of our 25th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked through the door we knew we had come to the right place. We were warmly greeted and immediately made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Everyone working there couldn't do enough for us, the service we received was second to none and the quality of their work is exceptional. With it being a small family business we were able to meet and talk to the actual craftsmen (and woman, the lovely Sarah) who were involved in the making of our ring, which is a really nice personal touch. Between them, the ring they produced for us was more than we had hoped for. Thank you to all at Spectrum for making our special day seem even more special. I can't recommend them enough.
